HARD SURFACE MODELING

2016 Toyota Tacoma that I modeled, rigged, and animated in Maya and rendered in Vray.

This is a group project that I did with other artists. I modeled everything exept for the human characters and thier cloths. I also assisted with dynamic simulations and some background animation.

This is a Nerf gun that I modeled in maya and rendered in Vray. I also comped and touched it up in Photoshop.

ORGANIC MODELING

Project done with a small team of other artists. I was responsible for modeling the mantis character. I started by sculping in Zbrush then modeled in Maya.

These are the characters for a group project. I sculpted the characters in Zbrush the retypologized in 3D coat. I finished the model in Maya.

COMPOSITING

This is a city set extension comp project that I did. I started by tracking the camera move in PFtrack. Then I moved into maya where I set up CG buildings in the places that I wanted to add or replace buildings. I created building textures in Photoshop that I projected onto the 3d objects from a 3d camera. I then rendered out the buildings. Then I moved into Nuke where I rotoed everything that needed to be infront of the CG buildings. Then i color corrected and added refletion passes to make the buildings match the plate.

The footage is free stock footage and the entire process was done by me.

This is a match move project where I added an insect to moving footage. I used PFtrack to track the scene. Maya to animate and render the passes. I used Nuke to comp and Roto.

The footage is original taken by me. All comping and tracking done my me. The animation was done by me by following a Digital Tutors tutorial. The insect asset is also from Digital Tutors
